Using a pastry
brush coat the top of the pizza crust with the melted butter & sprinkle
with the cinnamon sugar. Bake for approximately 8 – 10 minutes or until
crust is golden brown. Allow crust to cool completely on wire rack.
(about 10 minutes). In a small saucepan, over medium-high heat, mix the
strawberry fruit spread, sugar, and water until completely dissolved
(approximately 2 – 3 minutes). Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 –
15 minutes while crust is cooling.
To prepare the cheesecake filling:
Using
a stand or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth (2 – 3
minutes), then add the condensed milk & vanilla extract. Beat all
ingredients together until all combined and smooth. Pour cheesecake
filling on top of cooled crust & spread out evenly leaving a 1/2"
border around the edge of the crust. Drizzle cooled strawberry mixture
on top. Use whipped cream topping as desired.
